Introduction

These blogs are all about information, inspiration and there are a lot of stories for you just to have a laugh as me for as well. In total I have been to 28 countries so far. It’s not actually a huge amount when you compare this to the grand total of 195 of the world; but it is definitely more than most people have done by the age of 24.

Since my first eight months away, as soon as I was back in the UK, seen my friends and my family, that was it. Ok, now what? I was hooked. Planning where I next wanted to go, what I next wanted to see, what’s the next thing to tick off my list? Even I didn’t know but I started following ten thousand different travel Instagram accounts to get my mind away from the everyday home life. All of a sudden my saved posts were now pages worth of different cites and places that I wanted to go.

However, I had no money. No money, no travel. So what should I do? Well before I went for my first big adventure I actually wanted to be a make-up artist. Film make-up, not this pretty prancy bridal make-up, that’s not really my thing, but the prosthetic side. You know the ‘Saving Private Ryan’ sort of stuff. Anyway this was going to take me a while to build up so why not get into something new in the mean time. So I started working for the best travel company in the UK. Not sure if I am able to name on here but starts with “T”. I think that’s ok; and yes if you did just give it a Google it’s the top one.

I started getting really into it. I was meeting new, like minded people with a passion for adventures, all different ages. The job was sales,not necessarily what I was thinking, but I enjoyed it. Funnily enough when someone calls you wanting to discuss a new holiday they aren’t in a bad mood. Fine with me! The job has given me so much knowledge and experience; even about places I haven’t even been to. This has just grown my list even bigger. Can’t help it.

So with all this knowledge and own personal information, why not share it with the world. It may help some people with their first trip, next trip or just people wanting to have a light read with their morning coffee. I will be writing a few different types of blogs so depends what you are looking for. All will be titled of course and you can dip in and out of whatever you like. I will be touching of things such as hotels, tours, food, photos, social, what to bring and what not to do.
